"Overall relatively positive. Some of the teachers are very nice and we like the Precious Status updates. There are some things lacking that did have us considering a new school. First the attitude of the deputy director Ann is rather unfriendly and lacking. She rarely smiles and is somewhat sharp in her interactions. Second it is rather inconvenient to have to drop our toddler off in the infant room especially since the infant room requires parents to wear overshoe booties. The booties provided are absolutely disgusting they are often dirt covered and dirtier than shoes, socks or bare feet would be. They are obviously designed to be used once and thrown away but instead are being reused multiple times. I question as to whether or not the overly reused booties are in fact a health or germ risk."

"I thought the tour was very organized and educational. The Director and Asst. Director were very knowledgeable and helped walk us through all aspects of the facility. I felt comfortable and very pleased with the experience. The only down-side for us was that part-time care was not a guaranteed option as we left the facility that day (which is understandable because the full-time children would most likely get priority)."

As a first time mom, it is important to know my child will be safe, secure, and nurtured. Furthermore, the infant development (reading, singing etc)are things I do with him at home, so to have them done at daycare is a plus. In addition, the precious status real-time updates keep my mind at ease during the day. I can follow along and know how often he is changed, fed, and how long he naps."

"Our family loves la petite, but one thing that does bother me is the daily activities posted for my child. He tells me about his day every day when I pick him up and when I ask about things his teachers post that he did, he tells me that he didn't do that activity. This happens frequently. The information provided needs to be more accurate for the children. Also, they used to put the snacks for the older kids and now they don't. I like to know what my child is eating while there. :)"
