"The Director, most teachers and staff have very sweet natures, but ultimately this is a business I was very disappointed in. I experienced a high level of unprofessionalism & lack of concern (for crying infants); communication, safety, organization, structure, teamwork, cleanliness, customer service and attention to detail. There also seemed to be a lot of confusion, disorder and the running around putting out of fires, so to speak. I was told it was mainly due to the fact that they were understaffed and unprepared for the change. No sense of pride/integrity, urgency for my child’s care or respect for authority, perhaps due to poor leadership, lack of structure or weak team members. One major concern was the little to no presence of administrative staff on site and at the front entrance to consistently screen visitors entering the building. As a parent, the quality of care, education and safety my child receives is of the utmost importance. Could not wait in the hopes things improved."

"The entire staff is warm and friendly on a daily basis makes you feel comfortable leaving your child in their care. They do a great job of sending updates throughout day (pictures,food,naps,etc) with what your child is doing via the precious app. Facility provides diapers and wipes and food can't beat that value for the price!"
