"The school and staff needs to be revamped. In any establishment there always needs to be someone at the front desk to answer the phone and greet visitors. As a childcare establishment, a parent shouldn't have to call 4 plus times and standing at the door more than 5 mins. If that person is not teaching, then they should be assigned receptionist duties. Parents should also be greeted with a smile and positive attitude and nothing else. I hope that these reviews will shine light on serious concerns that needs to be handled."
