"I feel there should be more communication. I understand things are different and more difficult because of Covid, but the current protocols in place leave parents feeling very disconnected.The Brightwheel and WatchMeGrow App are AMAZING but technology does not replace getting to speak to a teacher and receive feedback concerning the child directly.When picking up and dropping off my son it is always someone other than their teacher either receiving or bringing him to me, face to face teacher time never occurs and parent teacher conferences aren’t scheduled unless requested. Again, I know Covid has made a huge impact on how the school staff and parents can interact with one another, but it would be awesome to feel as though we were kept a little more in the loop."
