"Overall my experience has been wonderful. They went through several directors at this location and it went downhill. Poor moral amongst staff, empty beat up classrooms, frequent management change. I witnessed one incident with a teacher being rough with a difficult child that hurt my heart. She still works there but seems to be doing much better. Then Raemona, Jennifer, Amy and several others came in that are wonderful! Suzie really is great with the 1 year olds too. So caring. I see the ladies in the infant room and it seems like they are loving those sweet babies. The classrooms got tons of new toys, wall décor, craft supplies and activity stations. Huge improvement, great facility, caring staff."

"Poor experience with this center our child is constantly having her belongings stolen and nothing is ever done about it. Her shoes were taken and we have had to bring her home bare foot and it was as of the staff could careless. Our daughter is constantly coming home with rashes because no one will ever help her with wiping after using bathroom. Staff is very bad at communicating with us about our child's day and or academic progress. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a center that shows more interest/care about you/your child's needs and wants"
