"The administration staff and most of the teachers are great! The overall cleanliness of the facility needs A LOT of work. It smells horrible 90% of the time, and just doesn’t look or feel clean. Also one teacher has a tendency to say rude things to/about the children, and plays favorites. I don’t care about the favorites as much as I’m concerned for the tone and verbiage I’ve witnessed used by her toward other children. I’d hate it for both of us if I ever found out she spoke to my child the way I overheard her speak to someone else’s."

"Amazing so friendly everyone learns your name and face so you never have to worry about strangers picking up your kids. They are so genuine and caring for all their kids even the harder ones when the parents leave. I’ve seen them calm children and change their whole outlook on the day. They are amazing."

"The overall performance of this school has declined significantly over the last few months especially after Mrs Gina left. There is hardly anyone at the front desk in the morning and in the evening it doesn’t seem like they monitor who picks up the children. IDs are never checked. The classrooms themselves are very dirty and the floors are sticky even first thing in the morning. There is constantly trash and broken garbage bags around the dumpster that is never cleaned up. Kids clothes are thrown through the playground and have been there for weeks. The outside of the building looks very rundown. The new director started months ago and I have yet to meet her. We only receive multiple alerts for payments due and we have never been late."

"I wish this school had a calendar for the whole year. They notified us that there was a Mothersday event a mere 9 days before the event. I work. More notice would be greatly appreciated, so I can take time off work to attend this special event. It seems unorganized and unprofessional to me."

"The school itself is subpar. It is few and far between when they have good teachers that actually do stuff and teach the children. Most times when we look on the camera the teachers are sitting down not doing anything. The children are running around and left to their own devices. Also, when you have an issue with a teacher and there is no follow up, from the director, it is incredibly inappropriate. They are short staffed and we are being charged for services that were promised but not being delivered like education and being potty trained."
