"They have been overall positive. Although there have been times I have overheard teachers, other than my child's, speaking very harshly to the younger children. It has given me pause a number of times because they are young and shouldn't be spoken so harshly to. But the director is absolutely amazing and has good relationships with everyone and that make a me want to keep my child there. I do hope that teachers are kind with their language even when correcting behavior when I am not around."

"It took about 5 mins for anybody to come to the door when I arrived and rang the bell, and once I was inside waiting for the director I almost left because I was shocked by the teacher yelling at all the kids in her class which was a dramatic difference than the interactions I saw between kids and teachers at other facilities I've visited and not the way I'd want my child to be treated. I got a somewhat chaotic disorganized feeling from this facility. The director was very nice though and did a good job answering my questions thoroughly."

I love that teachers in other classes address him by his name and always greet him and say goodbye to him. He is in Toddlers, and his teachers make it clear that they care about him and work hard to give him the best they can. I appreciate it so much when they include me daily by summarizing in person and not only through the PreciouStatus app (although I do love the pictures I get in the app), and share funny stories about his day or info about development milestones. I am so thankful for his wonderful teachers and to have found a school that I trust will adequately prepare him for public school, and set him up for long term success."

"The curriculum was solid, the place was clean, and the teachers were great. However, I did not like the idea of the open floor concept for classrooms. It was too noisy and distracting."

"My daughter attended the la petite in Midlothian VA for 2 years. Everyone was very nice and I felt like she was learning a lot and in a good environment. That is until a week ago when I witnessed my daughter's teacher throw a chair out of frustration in front of the class and a few feet away from a child. She begged me not to tell the director. I did tell the director but they have chosen to keep her on staff."
