"I really like the overall setup of the school. The director which I feel connected with Joseph Black is very helpful and caring with my baby. Have nothing but positive comments about Him and his staff."
"It's a great school, and the teachers seem to really love the kids and love them in ways that each child needs individually. It's no small feat. I do wish the price was lower."
"Staff is friendly and my kid feel happy around them"
"Thank you for bringing Mr. Joey to the Mill Creek location. Things have gotten much better. Tiffany and Bailey have always been great with our kids. Our girls love Cayll. We were ready to run out of there and had major concerns about how this location was ran while Tia was there. Since then it’s gotten much better and our confidence is being restored."
"Started rough but with some upfront communication and good conversations we are all on a better path."
"Pretty tumultuous. We are on our 3rd director in one year. Luckily the assistant director has provided stability through this turnover. Going forward the biggest improvement can be to the meal program with healthier well rounded meals and more routine deep cleaning to prevent various contagion. Also, the 7am start works for us now, but may be a constraint in the future."
"Our daughter attended La Petite Academy of Mill Creek for 4 months at the same time the new manager Tia Mcloughlin took control and we have seen that the quality has worsen. Some of the worst things we observed are, the academy is closed sometimes without prior notice and the parents are sent home with the kids because the classes are full. The kids get sick often due to the hygiene problem. Some of the teachers are nice but the management is very poor."
"Millcreek location not on par with reference from other location like kirkland / Redmond"
"It's one of its kind, the whole team seems connected in a special way. My child has a problem adapting to any new environment, and I was so surprised that he adapted to the school environment so fast, it got me accepting this is a good school environment. My child has a delayed development issue and at 2 years can't speak a word and he really gets frustrated most of the time because he can not understand anyone! But the teachers are so nurturing and patient in helping him come through thus helping him love the school environment despite his condition. I love the calm and welcoming faces of the staff. The respect and humble staff who treat all people the same regardless. I personally feel overwhelmed when dealing with new people around me but I have always acknowledged to myself how peaceful its to communicate with the staff and the Asst. Director of the school; about child concerns/ updates and general knowledge sharing and school updates. This school is a good place for kids learning, growth & development"
"Several of the teachers are pleasant and Alice enjoys the classroom activities - better communication from the teachers would be appreciated when there are incidents/issues"
"The school needs an overall upgrade, often toys are broken and old, I would love to see the school upgrade their technology to meet the demands of the change in children's education. The schools exterior light was even broken for over 3 months..... the school is showing its age, and the upgrade it needs is large. The meals provided are often lackluster and not well constructed meals, I would love to see more fresh fruit and produce in front of our children."
"Its a good experience and the meal program is great ,healthy and nutritious. My kid's appetite has been increased. He improved in his curriculum and also able to socialize more"
"I do love it here I just feel like they could take different actions in the way they handle situations. The staff is always been mostly nice. Better than other daycare as we have been too."
"Don't like the covid restrictions keeping parents out of the building."
"Amazing for our younger kid. I love the teachers and director! The assistant directors i find lacking over the last year plus. Many dont help the staff and stay in the office. The older kids tend to be out of control and i feel bad as it is a parenting issue not the schools fault."
