"The moment I toured the facility knew this was the location I wanted my son to attend. I’m a first-time mom and was terrified leaving him anywhere. The atmosphere and teachers were so warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. The ability to also view my son on live stream whenever I am missing him has helped me tremendously and I can see the extra care and support they give the children. The live updates on his daily activities from food to napping is wonderful! I highly recommend La Petite in Milton. This will be the location I keep my son until he starts school and no longer needs daycare!!"

"Overall it has been okay. We have had some great teachers, and some not so great teachers. We pay close to $40,000 a year for two children, and we expect to get stellar care for that amount. I think the short staffed piece has really impacted this center, it seems to be getting better. I just hope they can retain the teachers as it seems to be a revolving door."

"Our overall experience has been really good. Colleen and Jennifer are fantastic and they always put our children’s needs first. Me Jenny is fantastic with our 2 year old and Ms Theresa and Ms Vanessa are wonderful with our infant. Something that is hard right now is the constant turnover or inconsistency in teachers. When my first child started in 2021, he had one infant teacher for most of the day. My current infant has sometimes 3-4 teachers a day, and that inconsistency has become a challenge with effective communication to us as parents and just ensuring that schedules/routines are being followed. I totally get it, staffing is hard right now. But consistency with a infant is key to helping them become comfortable with care givers when starting at daycare."

"Overall, I have been quite disappointed with the service that my son has received while attending. Several issues and concerns with my son's lack of opportunity to grow here have been ignored, as well as sanitary and health concerns. Management needs to do better."
