We aren't leaving our son with strangers--we're leaving him in the care of adults who know and love him, greet him with warmth and enthusiasm, play with him, comfort him when he has big feelings, and teach him so many new things every day. He learns so much at daycare, both developmentally and socially. We also find comfort in the clear, consistent health and safety procedures they adhere to in order to keep our son and his friends safe and healthy. We feel pretty lucky to have found this place."

"Staffing has been a problem a couple of times, causing my child's classroom to be closed for the day. Each time this has happened, it has caused a big problem for my spouse and I in relation to our work schedules. It would be helpful if the daycare could have more subs or on-call staff to prevent classroom closures."

"The director was responsive and approachable, requiring occasional follow up. I truly enjoyed interacting with the director and assistant director. The teachers were not very approachable and demonstrated several instances of questionable judgments making me question safety. We offered suggestions about our child and things that work for him related to a concern the teachers had with his eating and spit up, and they were often not attempted during the day, as witnessed on the live feed camera in the app. The cleanliness of the classroom appeared mediocre and it seemed chaotic and disorganized. Frequently teachers varied and there were often teachers in my child’s room at pick up who knew nothing about how his day went."

"The teachers have lots of experience and take good care of your babies. I would appreciate more of a daily update than just diaper changes and meal updates. It's so hard to be away from them all day and not know what's going on."

"I love this school, the staff is fabulous and they outdo themselves to the best of their abilities and my daughter is pretty happy here. But, The price hikes and changes in practice to require us to pay if going on vacation, having maternity leave, etc. are painful financially and morally. The immediate and harsh fines if payment is delayed or rejected because an account is too low, it all just hurts even more when this is already one of the most expensive schools in my area. If there were openings in other schools I would have transferred out several months ago. We seriously struggle to afford it here and I’m on waitlists for other locations."
