"My child loves her teachers and the staff so much. She's gained so much educational learning and growth. She wakes up ready to start the day!"
"I love at how well my son is learning and how much he is learning. I will admit, I was not always thrilled with some of the staff that would sit at the front and never greet us in the morning but that has gotten much better."
"Generally, we do love the school and the teachers, along with the cirriculum and our child's progress. The greeting by the management could improve since it seems they favor certain parents and are not always friendly but overall, I am happy with communication if anything happens to my child from them."
"Involved staff and teachers, the director Ms Michelle is very easy to communicate with… Ms Lisa and Ms Liz are so very wonderful in terms of listening to our concerns and providing feedback as to how the day went… I am so very thankful "
"We love the school. Ms. Mimi feels like a true partner in Reed’s care, and makes us feel ok about him spending his days there. We love it!"
"Ms. Tiffany has been so great with my son. We truly adore her and how she takes cares of the kids and interacts with them."
"The overall care characteristics is freay"
"I know the team is struggling with staffing of teachers - as is most of the country. I feel bad for the teachers and their work load. I hope that the corporate team is trying their best to recruit and really - show appreciation for who is at the school right now. there's only so much I can do as a client with donuts/bagels/tips. Please help pay the current teachers wellAnd help recruit new onesyou have a great group here that i love seeing."
"No real problems until the last few months. Now we receive messages several times a week telling us if we don't get to school soon enough, the classroom will be full, and our child will not be able to attend that day. I do not pay for full time enrollment in childcare to be told that it is first come first served and I will be turned away at the door with my child if too many other kids from their class arrive first. Ending the message with sorry if this inconveniences you doesn't make that any less frustrating - of course finding out on your way to work that your child cannot attend school that day is inconvenient. Staffing issues need to be sorted out and not pushed back on parents to figure out secondary childcare."
"I feel nothing a say matters. I feel like I am not supposed to talk to the teacher."
"We have loved having our kids at LPA. We have met amazing teachers, and we have seen our children excel in their learning and communication with other kids even outside of school. We trust the teachers at LPA more than just about anyone we have met. We love that all the teachers know all the kids names, and they do their best to address each kid individually. We love the 'theme' days that are offered and how the teachers do their best to connect each kid to their classroom (through things like show & tell)"
"We LOVE bringing our kids here. We have seen our toddlers language blossom since going here. Teachers always give feedback about how great she is or if they see something out of character. The baby is so happy at drop off/pick up. Took him a bit to get adjusted but now he is very happy."
"Lots of highs and lows. The communication is the biggest issue. I know Covid is difficult and stressful, but do not feel it is unreasonable to expect a friendly greeting, for my child to come home with their jacket, and to not recvieve immediate defensive or sarcastic feedback if I ask a question or express a concern."
"We value the ability to see our child on the cameras and have real time communication through the schools app."
"Wonderful staff! They keep my daughter engaged and stimulated. Can’t thank them enough."
