"We are happy with our experience. The care takers have the best interest and want to have a comforting relationship with all of the children. I would comment that I do not like some of the music - secular non-kid friendly music. We have had a problem with our child learning songs like whip, na, na which we do not listen to in our home. We have also been displeased with teachers sharing things on their cell phones. This is concerning that teachers would use their phones to share information with children, as your directors do not have a way to monitor the content. Cell phones should be stored away from children in general. Additionally, teachers that are floaters do not always have the classroom management skills needed to keep the children from being wild like your normal teachers do. You can tell a difference in the management depending on who is with the children at pick up."
"Very good for the most part. We drop off early & pick up late so we don't always get to talk to the teacher herself, and sometimes I'm not sure we get all the details we are supposed to get about our daughter's progress and behavior. Sometimes I'm not sure the information/items we provide in the morning get passed along to the teacher (who isn't there first thing in the morning). I can't fully assess all of the questions because we rarely have the opportunity to visit during actual class time hours. When we do get there early, there are enough kids that it's difficult to hear over the din and difficult to retain the teachers attention long enough for substantial conversation (I would rather have her attention on the kids, of course, but having student aids might be helpful ... there are A LOT of kids in my daughter's class)."

"I feel like because he is one of the last 6-8 kids that we are a holding the teachers from leaving as all but 1-2 classes are closed. I pick my child up 5:20-5:30."
"We've been very pleased with our children's childcare experience at La Petite. The teachers make all the difference in the world. It's apparent that each of my children's teachers enjoy what they're doing and genuinely care about the kids. That gives us great peace of mind that we're leaving our children in good hands every day."
"My experience has been generally negative. It seems that issue after issue arises at this school. Once one is resolved another arises. I couldn't deal with the constant drama. More importantly, if I had an issue with a teacher, the director was not discreet and I actually had staff rudely and/or awkwardly confront me about the issue(s). Not apologize but actually confront me. There is a lack of professionalism, cleanliness and general understanding of children and their needs."
"I feel confident in my son's safety and the care he's receiving from his teachers however have had less than satisfactory exchanges with the director involving his care (example, called during the day stating id like to discuss his bottle schedule since he would be weaning and director informed no meeting is necessary, but to simply inform teachers at pick-up. also stated she would give teachers notice that id like to discuss this with them however at pick up his teachers were not there nor was there any follow up from the director on whether I was able to connect with the teachers regarding this matter)I have had good experiences with his teachers but do not feel here is sufficient opportunity for structured discussion regarding my child's progress - only brief interactions at pick up and drop off. I have also found there to be need for improvement on cleaning regimens - floors are not adequately swept/mopped where infants are crawling."
"I would just expect more for the price. They have forgotten to tell me things like when she needs stuff replenished."
"In general, the teachers are very caring and compassionate. The management over the safety of children in the facility could definitely be improved."
"Overall, we have had a pleasant experience at the school. The teachers seem pretty good but there has been a lot of turnover in the past which is hard for the kids."
"Our daughter's main teacher is a sweet, caring person. The other factors of the school (cleanliness, other staff and their lack of obvious preparation for teaching little ones, lack of communication, a Director who was never or rarely there) were reasons we chose to withdraw our daughter and enroll her in a caring and responsible environment with competent staff."
"Overall we have had a good experience. It has been a learning curve from the La Petite she was previously enrolled in. They had her since she was a newborn, and loved her. Now she's a two year old in a completely different environment. So new to her, and new to us."
"My son has flourished and thrived thanks to the staff at La Petite. I love to hear him tell me stories about his day or sing me songs that he has learned. His overall experience has made us very happy he spends his weekdays at La Petite."
"Good until the end....then had a couple issues"
"They seemed very dismissive when I mentioned that my child was delayed and was still on baby food"
