"My son’s teachers are caring and are good with my son. There is a lot of teacher turnover and I’ve had concerns about another teacher who sometimes teaches in my child’s room, she yells at the children. I’ve been told she has a loud voice. I don’t buy it. The entire facility needs a huge deep cleaning. I often have to wipe down my child’s chair and spot to eat because it’s covered in food and milk. The bathroom and common sink in my child’s room are gross. Look at the corners of the room and windows, they are filthy. I do like my sons current teachers, but they need more help in comparison to all the kids and how wild the classroom constantly is. It’s overwhelming and chaotic most of the time. Out of all the childcare locations my children have been to, this location needs help and for things that could be easily addressed or fixed."

"Rough at first since our kid was a bit overwhelmed and the teaching staff seemed to be in transition his first few months, making an-already tough transition a little less stable. However the one teacher who worked with him throughout helped him adjust and feel safe, so now he is more comfortable and even has some friends finally. We never felt like the school was unsafe or a threat to him, but at times it was a little chaotic to have so many kids (he prefers individual attention or small groups so I think he was overwhelmed-which is different from his older sister who love large groups). But in the end we think there were some good changes that happened for him to be able to now go and enjoy himself and not stay in his comfort zone all the time."

"They have been flexible with changes in our schedule. It is also reassuring that they have staff that has worked there a long time and their newer hires are good with our son too. His teachers are generally happy."

"I love the staff, but I don't care for the directors. They appear to be very disorganized. Lately the staff has been unhappy with a huge turnover and I have noticed that there seem to be way too many kids per providers. One of the directors let an aggravated man into the building, past the secured front door to get him the number to the landlord. This man did not have any children enrolled at la petite."

"During the regular school year everything runs very smooth and I receive my daily updates, but during the summer their are too many kids and all updates stop. I'm asked to pay all these extra fees and never told or see where it's going!"

"Things have gotten better, but I'd like to see improvements made to way teachers engage with the children and work to prevent disciplinary incidents (be proactive versus just being reactive). We did not have nearly as many incidents of children saying mean things to my kids or having my kids leave school frustrated as the other schools where they have been enrolled."
