"The LA petite academy in niceville Florida is a great institution! Kristi , the director, is a great personality for the children at that facility. Ask the other teachers are warm and welcoming. However, if your child is two and had to go to the teacher “BRE”, do not sign up. She is a poison in that school and hopefully she is pulled to do some more training. She isn’t totally bad, but she has been doing this for a while and that should say everything. She is too aggressive with the children says she uses redirection and doesn’t. She has slammed our child down numerous times and we had enough. Hopefully this comment hets to the right hands and she is removed or retrained to show more compassion for the children who are under developed. We trusted you and you let us down. Please don’t have anymore children in her care until she can understand that she can’t just bully kids who are learning to listen and understand what adults are trying to communicate to them. Practice what you preach BRE."

"While staff turnover is the biggest issue this facility faces, the teachers that have been there longer than a few months are doing the very best they can with the resources they have. Erica, specifically, has been such a wonderful caregiver to my daughter. She goes above and beyond to provide activities to further her development and ensure she is meeting her milestones. The majority of the staff is not as communicative, most do not last longer than a month or two, and the facility as a whole fails at proactive communication. The only way I know if a teacher has left or a new person is caring for my child is when a photo is removed from the wall. If child care was not at such a premium in our area, I would have moved schools sooner. It very much feels like La Petite as a whole does not value their work force. The former Director also worked as a cashier at the local grocery store which leads me to believe she was poorly compensated for her position."

"Happy with some of the teachers, but we have a general lack of confidence due to poor communication and visibility of school activities and policies. We are overall very displeased. School is extremely disorganized, the communication is very poor and there have been instances which have made us question the judgement of staff and the safety of our child here. Our complaints have fallen on deaf ears and not been resolved. I would generally not recommend this school to others due to these issues."

It is unprofessional to ask parents to keep their child home or pick them up early. My child would not attend if I did not in fact need childcare."
