"My general experience with this location has been good. My child has developed by leaps and bounds since attending La Petite Academy. The directors are great. They communicate with me about the my child progress and they communicate about the program policies. My child's teacher is kind and engaged with the children. I have no problem communicating with her about my child. She has been my partner in helping my child transition to being fully potty trained."

"My 8 month old daughter came home with bruising on her face around her mouth like someone had grabbed it, her eye, and the inside of her lip was busted. This occurred after I informed management that one of the workers was letting her cry for 30 minutes at a time in the floor without consoling her. I was told they thought it was another kid but they would try to look at the cameras. They then went back on that and said that they couldn’t look at the cameras. I don’t believe it was another kid, the marks on her mouth look like her mouth was grabbed. She was in the infant classroom with other babies, so it isn’t likely at all. Please don’t take your kids here. Thankfully my daughter escaped with bruises and a busted lip, but goodness knows what could happen to the next kid. A police report and a DHS report were filed and made, and the investigator told me there wasn’t enough evidence to go forward further. Therefore, I feel like it’s my job as a parent to warn every other parent against this place."

"I love the daycare and my kids enjoy it but my youngest seems to get hurt a lot and with the virus we are not allowed to go back or even have contact with teachers and no one else can explain what happened. Prices are outrageous as well for summer activity fees."

"Parking lot **** for anything bigger then a cross over SUV to turn around in an spaces are tight. Infant room is clean an doesn't smell bad or look nasty at all. Abigail is pleasure to talk to an really care for your baby. Teachers are nice an always have a smile."

"**To keep this anonymous, I have not answered questions 41-44 accurately. You should not force parents to answer each question!**La Petite meets our needs, but is far from an ideal experience. In fact, I don't see it as an educational environment, it really is a place to have your kids watched that is reasonably safe. It has buses. It's clean. The people are typically nice, particularly those that are more experienced but there is also high turn over, and we've seen teachers that are just not trained well enough for handling kids respectfully. But the staff doesn't have it easy with a franchise daycare that needs to work, financially, so I have a lot of respect for some of them that are doing the best they can. For our needs, we don't really have better options, but I often wish we did."
