"I find the staff to be friendly, helpful, and informative. They are always engaged with the children and they keep parents informed if there is a mishap or boo boo. I love how they have activites & field trips for the kiddos during the summer months. I was also very impressed how calm the staff was when I received a call after my son had a seizure. Great crew!!"

"Our experience has always been great. Our son always looks engaged and happy in the pictures or videos. He will come home singing songs or telling me the things he learned. I can tell the teachers genuinely care about the kids."

"In general, I think everyone is amazing. The only constructive feedback I have:Better communication needs to occur in advance of a child changing rooms. No need to send messages to everyone about paying their bills when our bill is paid. If a message is sent as a mass message to all parents, please say that at the beginning of the message."

"We love this school! My one complaint would be that when we drop her off it’s with the infant teacher and when we pick her up it’s with someone other than her normal teacher. We always talk to them but at the end of the day I will ask how she was and they always say “I just got here” which is fine but I would like more chances to talk to her normal classroom teachers. I like hearing about how she is doing or what they did and I don’t get very many chances to ask those questions. Otherwise, we love the school, teachers, and curriculum."

"We have been very happy with our teachers and the low turnover of teachers (especially over the past several months). We love Miss Angi, Miss Mariah, Miss Alyssa, Miss Katelyn, Miss Cole, Miss Courtney Duncan, Miss Courtney Jackson, Miss Jenna, Miss Brandy and Miss Remi. It really speaks volumes that these ladies have been at La Petite for as long as they have. Our kiddos thrive with our good and consistent teachers!"

"I have been overall very happy with La Petite, however I have had one employee insult both of my kids to my face. Nothing terrible, but just unprofessional. I would just like to see more professionalism and less negativity from this one employee. Everyone else has been great!"

"The lack of honesty and communication by the staff is particularly upsetting. When a problem occurs the staff should be up front about the problem and any solutions developed, not completely lie to my face by the teacher and lie via phone from the director. I value honesty and communication in my life and my child's life, if the teachers they are surrounded with do not value these ideals I will not allow my child to remain in this atmosphere."

"It was more chaotic than other Centers we attended, which made it harder to concentrate and, ultimately, less impressive. Feels too small for the number of kids there, and we visited when many were already gone for the day."
