"I have to take the not so great with the good and that can be hard at times. That's the world of daycares. This isn't a bad place. The staff try, there are safety measures in place and the live stream access is comforting. I'd rather overcome any challenges because availability is too fluid / limited to rush to a conclusion or daycares."

"I come in every day at lunch time and just after. I know my child is in a good place when I pop in at various times of days and all the kids in every room are happy. My child talks about her teacher non-stop so I know she loves it there. Believe me, my kid tells all the business! Mostly mine, but I would know if she was unhappy or if her experience was negative. I am so happy she has a place and people she loves."

"I don’t know any teacher’s names. No one takes the time to introduce themselves to me. With covid I can’t see their class room or even see their teachers. Even prior to covid I felt disconnected to the school. I feel like my concerns are pushed off and not taken seriously. Additionally the parking lot is atrocious and not at all safe. The busses are in the way and teachers should not be parking up close. It’s so dangerous and frustrating."

I’ve seen teachers yelling at children and I do not care for that. Some teachers are great, but there are a couple that I do not respect and do not think they even care. If I do try to ask about my children’s day, it’s like I am a bother."
