"At first our experience was going well, but the last year and a half has been going downhill since the leadership changes. The changes have not made any positive impact yet. The changes have been mostly negative."

"One of the main concerns I have is the level of Engagement when it comes to different teachers and potty training. Some teachers do a great job Where my daughter has no accidents, Other teachers not so much, My daughter would have an accident with them daily. Maybe it’s the amount of kids in their care? Not sure."

There are certain areas where I feel should be a focus of improvement, however I feel that the areas that are most important for our daughter is certainly being met. The teachers are very loving and caring, she is safe at the facility, and she feels comfortable and enjoys being in her classroom."

"Overall I’ve had a nice experience, most of my unhappiness is from feeling the school needs more funding to bring its true vision to life. The cost is great, providing diapers and necessities is super helpful to struggling parents. Any concerns have been addressed quickly by the director. Some staff members are not always kind. 4c needs to communicate clearly how long recertification takes to avoid gaps in help with childcare costs. If the amount for childcare is more expensive, we should be told before drop off."

"Good experience with the school before covid. But it is very difficult to evaluate my children's experience because currently we are only allowed to drop off the kids in front of the door. So we don't get a chance to talk to the teacher see how hot the kids are doing. So the answers it's really difficult to do in a unbiased way when I don't even have the information to give."
