I had the opportunity to enroll in a La Petit closer near my home, however the atmosphere and connection I felt with visiting my current school is what sold me. The staff members were professional and welcoming. They communicate with me on a daily basis and send pictures allowing me to still feel engaged."

I make my schedule months in advance, however they are the closest daycare that opens early enough and worked with my hospital schedule in a decent price range. The staff is friendly. They pay attention to who is picking her up when she is there."

"We were very happy with the staff at the Silver Star location. The director at Old Winter Garden is not very genuine. I feel that her greetings are often forced and not coming from a sincere place. Since we don't have to deal with her much it doesn't overshadow our whole experience. We are happy with our child's teachers. This is the only reason we have not removed our child from this location. It would be yet another transition for him if we were to put him into another center. We were hoping that this current change was temporary but we are now moving into month 4 and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. It is frustrating that we are being inconvenienced and there is little to no communication as to when our permanent location will re-open. Many of the staff members have left, I have heard that some are at other locations but I'm not for sure. This also concerns me as this could lead to additional key staff leaving due to the inconvenience just like the parents & children we were used to. I hope you take my thoughts into consideration and look at the overall impact this is causing. I do understand that the change was unforeseen. I'm just asking for a little more communication and sense of urgency to resolving the matter."
"My child started at Silver Star La Petite location, actually we my family had top care at Mark Twain, then when Silver Star La Petite was ask to locate to Old Winter Garden road all the valuable care my family received for my child on Silver Star La Petite is no longer being shown. It is almost that my child care for themselves at this La Petite."
