"My child started at Silver Star La Petite location, actually we my family had top care at Mark Twain, then when Silver Star La Petite was ask to locate to Old Winter Garden road all the valuable care my family received for my child on Silver Star La Petite is no longer being shown. It is almost that my child care for themselves at this La Petite."

"Enrolled my child here since January. I love the staff, always very friendly and welcoming, takes time out to know the parents and students,very respectful, very nurturing. My son loves his teacher ( Ms Phylata) and tells me almost everyday Mommy, i really like my new school. That makes me happy as a parent."

He hugs and wave bye bye when I pick him up and makes me comfortable he had a great day . My son is always clean no diaper rash and dry or wet diapers updates constantly throughout the day via brightwheel!"

"Director is cold. She knows people are coming in and out of school but likes to ignore them. Classroom teachers are nice in general. Hours of care and food seem to be good. It would be great if there’s an update on what kind of activities they’re doing each day."

"The first person I met was the Director and she's been consistently friendly and helpful ever since. The one year old teacher Ms. Charlene was absolutely amazing, and it was so sad to lose her to another daycare. Ms.Crystal was the next teacher to go, not long after so losing the teachers makes it hard. The school could use a better clean down and organization. And a heathly overhaul of the menu...these are babies they should be eating non-GMO, organic, preservatives and dies free; less cheese,dairy, and meat. More fresh foods versus frozen and can. The children seem happy, having fun, learning and safe, overall. They just need to fine tune some things!"

"I really enjoyed the warm welcome my son and I received upon walking into the building. I recently visited a different child care center and the welcome was professional and polite however it was very cool and not welcoming at all. I felt like I was a bother to them and that I was doing them a favor by having my child in their care. On the contrary, at La Petite Academy they immediately asked my son's name and were super personable! They took me on an unanticipated tour since I just walked in I didn't expect that personal attention and I really appreciated it. My son immediately was drawn to the toddler classroom and cried when we had to leave. I was shown where to find the curriculum and the safety measures that are taken for entry into the school. The teachers were friendly and have taken care to learn other languages in order to continue the enrichment of our children. I'm looking forward to finding out more info and building a relationship with the staff of this school!thank you"

"The tour was good the only concern I had was when I went there the staff told me they hadn't availability and the person on the customer service number said to me that they had space so there was some miss comunication between the school and the customer service people."
