"The tour was short but it wasnt rushed either, and the staff member was friendly, but would have expected this person to dress a bit more professional or perhaps with a uniform like other schools. Again I had a different perception of the academy. Overall, for the value, or the cost for daycare didn't seem to meet my expectations in any way."

I have a close relationship with the staff members and I was so excited when they remembered who I was and who my son was. I am very satisfied with the staff and this school! "I have not been satisfied with this day care at all. When my daughter was first enrolled she had an amazing teacher, Mrs. Mayra who left and went to another school. She was the most caring and hands on teacher I have ever seen. Unfortunately from the age of 1, about 6 months after my daughter was enrolled there was a serious incident that happened at school, that I still don't believe I have been told the truth about and or ever will. It has been issue after issue with this place. Now recently I have asked many times about the prices and why my tuition rate has barely changed over the course of 3 years, I never get a set answer, there are many daycares that charge much less than what I pay, it seems to me they base my daughters tuition on my income."
