"I'm disappointed. I expected more from La Petite. When I brought a suggestion that was suggested by my son's behavioral therapist, I was told that the suggestion was against the school policy and they couldn't have him on a sticker chart, even if I brought the supplies. I explained that the visual aspect of having the sticker chart for behavior would assist him and was recommended by his therapist. I made other suggestions that are positive reinforcement of behaviors but they have not been incorporated for the same reason. If La petite tried to reach and care for every child in their care they would try different strategies recommended by the parent and therapist to help that child. The daycare we are switching to has talked with me and been very receptive of articles and information from his therapist on things to incorporate in his classroom. They also have a great director that will step in and support staff and children when needed."

"Overall we really love the school and teachers. Tracy is great and listens to all concerns and is very responsive. Communication is always promptly returned. Other than the issue with being sent home in someone else's diapers, we haven't had any other issues."
