"I liked it up until they started having staffing issues. The high turnover should have been a flag but I don't have much experience with child care. My kids were learning and having a good time up until several months ago. Then we were disenrolled with no notice or communication that this might happen. It left us in a huge bind and it should never happen without notice as child care is very hard to get into in Colorado."

"There has been a lot of turnover, which has led to inconsistency. There's a real fear that they are not receiving the proper education/curriculum they should be. Matter a fact, there was a period where it felt as though there was no organized curriculum. Additionally, due to shortage of staff, the hours were reduced. This put an undue burden on the parents to make the new hours work, without any consideration on how they effected us. Also, you reduced the value of the daycare (i.e. less hours of care), without any reduction in cost. I understand these are unique times, but ultimately the solution that was provided was not one I was happy with. The staffing, curriculum, and physical hours went down as the cost went up. Not a great combination,"

"Really disappointed. Not sure if it’s because of the lack of director or just this is how it always is. I expected a report of my kids learning and so far they just seem to toss all the kids together in one room or outside. I don’t feel like there are immediate safety threats, do no urgent need to leave, but if things don’t pickup soon then we’ll leave as soon as we’ve finished moving and gotten settled in our new house."

"I mentioned this in my previous comment, but my daughter has been at this school since she was an infant. This school is like her second home. She loves going there and she has such a great time there every day. I hate not being able to be with her at home all day long every day. It was immensely important to me that she be taken care of by people who cared about her and treat her well. I never worry about that with this school and the teachers. I can't thank you all enough for giving me that peace of mind always. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
