"The teachers have so much to do in my kid's life specially my son. Born premature he never said the word in now his talking in La Petite Academy now my son is going to first grade so I'm will always thank La Petite Academy about the special care they give to children. Especially the teachers"

"I like the school and teachers but they need to work on communicating better. I don’t feel I need to check my child to know or see if he got hurt sometimes they miss it. Also,I call for various issues and never get a call back or answer."

"I really like the pre-school (location, environment and classroom staff) especially it being my child's first and only daycare experience. My child really enjoys the activities and parties. At times, he comes home singing various songs. I also notice that they take good care of my son since he never comes home with a dirty diaper or clothes. They are very welcoming and open to my other family members to visit my child. My child enjoys spending time with his friends. Also, when asked about how my son is doing they are always able to give me an update. The only concern is that when I do ask if something occurred to my son such as a scratch (not major) no-one is really able to give me a response. Then I am told someone will follow-up with me next day and no one does. Also, when I provided them with a general medication (not major-more of precaution) for my son (after filling out the paperwork) no one is able to tell me if he received it or not. Overall, the daycare is very good but just some front desk staff needs to communicate better with classroom staff to best answer the families that pick up their children later in the evening. "
