"I have had two VERY different experiences with this school. Our 4 year old has been enrolled in the center for almost 3 years. We have always felt very comfortable with his experience. Any minor issues that we had were resolved almost immediately and I've not had any concerns with any of his teachers.Unfortunately, we joined the center with our 3 months old, last year during the height of COVID. We had not met the infant teacher prior to enrolling him but we did get a sit down meeting with her after the first week or two. I didn't get a great feeling about her but I tried to push that aside but we kept butting heads on certain issues. Thankfully we pulled him out about 5 months later, after multiple attempts of trying to work together and not getting anywhere with that teacher. Since then the teacher is no longer at the center. Now that our little one is out of that room, there is a live streaming option, and that teacher is gone, we are very hopeful for the previous experience we had with our older child."

"We have been with LPA- Powell for a very long time (about 10 years between 2 kids). Some teachers genuinely care while others are just collecting a pay check and it shows- all parents can tell those apart through their communications and attitude. The turnover rate seems very high at this location- its frequent someone is hired or quits. Regardless of how many suggestions are made for improvement, nothing seems to ever change. We have only stayed this long due to the location and a select few very caring, passionate teachers whom our kids have grown to love."

"The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. I do get the feeling that they genuinely care for my children. I am disappointed with the way things have been handled since Covid, but I think that is more a corporate thing and not specific to this center. I don't ever get to speak to my children's teachers, and my daughter transitioned to pre-school recently and I have not even been able to meet her teachers. Also, they don't get sent home with their belongings because I am not able to go in to make sure all their belongings make it home with them for the weekend so I can wash it etc."
