I expect the service to be excellent all the time - not just when it's convenient or when a survey is sent out. Mediocrity should never be where the bar is set, especially when you're playing a huge part in the development of children. Parents want to know everything and then some more. "Overall a pleasant experience. The school has new teachers in the afternoon or evening so you don’t get to speak to the teacher about how your child’s day went. A daily curriculum progress report would be helpful to help keep the lines of communication open and aid in the child-teacher collaboration. The security could be better. Only one glass door that is coded then the children class is right by the front exit. Adding a second security measure should be implemented during these days and times. The school is nice but the living space could be bigger inside. Adding on another wing would be ideal to serve the growing population. The staff are consistent for the most part but no feedback in the evening on how your child day went. Overall, a B+"
