"We really love the school. Warm and caring stuff. The director is doing a great job in maintaining the high level of the school. We feel very comfortable and we definitely recommend on this school!"
"My experience has been good until now. Offlate the morning greetings and greeting the parents while they leave has reduced. Greetings are something which may not mean so much but it definitely does give a warm feeling to the parent when she drops or picks up her child. It includes her teacher and the staff sitting at the front desk. Overall a great experience and i would not think of moving my child away from here. She is happy in the 3-4 classroom and comes home everyday satisfied that she got something new to do."
"Overall I am pleased for the most part. I do have some concerns that there isn't enough individual time being spent with each child (which I know is hard with a large class) but I feel is necessary as each child learns things differently. I also notice that the kids are often sitting in front of a screen watching different programs. That is concerning as kids can watch screens at home, school is a time for instruction from adults. There is a huge disconnect when you spend time watching a screen rather than a person. I really like the Director and staff but I do have concerns that not enough time is being spent interacting on a personal level with the children."

"Miss suzana was very through. She went through ask the information without even being prompted. She was very positive and enthusiastic about the school. I enrolled my son straight away!"
"Overall the school is great and state of the art and i am overall happy with it. I have few suggestions to make it even better:1. Publish daily schedules and stick to it. I sometimes see schedules are not followed thoroughly2. App Updates - The introduction to iPad App has been the best thing that the school got over last 1 year IMO. However it seems the initial enthusiasm of the teachers seems fading away! It would be great if the teachers can post the activities that they do in the classroom so we can know the kind of learnings children are doing. A photo a day would be awesome!"

"I'm very pleased with the experience and like the center very much. I am a bit concerned that the infants don't get any time outside as it was explained that due to low immune systems, babies are not taken outside. At another campus we were told they go out for at least 5 min in the big strollers to get a bit of fresh air. Overall though, I feel we would be likely to enroll at La Petit due to the information we were given. It seems like a very developmentally appropriate setting and another parent told us that he is very happy with the center and has two chikdren there."
"They are not open to communication. My child has been severely affected by lack of attention from teachers. She is 2.5 years old and for months she has attended class with children of 6 months to 12 months; either because she reached late to class or her assigned teacher was not present. In both cases it was NEVER communicated to us. There has been zero communication from institute on the behavior or learning aspects. There was no effort done in potty training of my child. We started efforts of potty training and when we asked to coordinate teacher with our efforts, she simply refused. There have been multiple instances where ignorance of staff was visible. One fine day my child was fed certain food which she is restricted to have. When asked on this the attitude of staff was nothing but casual. In my opinion the direction given to staff is not correct and I dont see the director getting interactive or involved with any of children. I am sure I have not seen her out of the small office and getting engaged with either any staff of children."
"The new billing system is better. Need better lights in the parking lot. My son is not challenged because of movie time and free play and a small outside area. Only advantage is the after school bus ride."

"I have had terrible experiences at other schools over the last year and a half. Then I came to this school and have been SOOOO HAPPY! They are all absolutely amazing teachers and wonderful people. I have noticed a difference in my daughter since enrolling her here a few months ago. I cannot thank them enough for what they do! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! There is nothing more valuable to a parent than the peace of mind knowing your child is away from you and in good hands and being looked after and cared for and loved. Nothing on earth can replace that peace in a mothers heart."
"Our children have always been cared for by good people who love and look out for them. Our interactions with the director have always been professional and it is clear she really wants to make it a good experience. There has been a lot of teacher turnover during our time, which has meant some frequently changing faces and I think some stretching of the good teachers to cover more rooms and more kids than they can do at their best. I think the staff is working really hard but that they are clearly overwhelmed at times. That said, they always have time and energy for a chat at dropoff and pickup, and they maintain a high level of investment for making it a good experience for the kids each day.We are grateful that our child has a home away from home that is safe and full of good people who care for them. I just wish they were in a little better position to focus on a smaller group of children."
"I love the Redmond school. Its ambience is excellent, children and teachers are lively and convey a very positive atmosphere the moment you enter the school. The food menu, the curriculum are top of the notch and the school is very well maintained. I do have few general suggestions which can go a long way in improving the school and help make it the best in the whole area:1. The school should post their curriculum online. The La Petite website is modern website and should already provide them the way to post school specific information online.2. Same goes about publishing their weekly food menu online. It could be as simple as uploading a file online into the website. Most of the population here is from Microsoft/Amazon/Google so online access is convenient for most of the parents.3. The school should have an email address for parents to communicate. Yes, there is a very actively monitored phone number, but in this day and age, an email is another convenient way for parents to interact with the staff, as an addition to the phone option.4. The school should send parents photos of the child. Agreed that it takes time and effort on the staff and they are already kept very busy with varying activities of child, but a simple idea could be to add a 30 minute slot once a week into the curriculum in which teachers take kids photos doing some activity, and then sending the photos to parents by email. I recently found out that school does not have a working digital camera! Digital cameras cost < $100 these days and there is no reason to not buy one for the entire school. In this day and age where some schools have full time video feeds sent to the parents, some photos once a week should be a minimum."
