"There’s a general lack of communication amongst the teachers there— they’re just not on the same page. It’s a nice facility and you can tell that they really care about the wellbeing of the children by all the precautions they take. They have a lot of policies in place that seem kind of restrictive, but I think that it’s to ensure the safety of the children that attend there and to prevent any liabilities on their part. I’m curious to see what learning activities they will have when the school year starts, because right now it seems like it’s strictly playtime."

"My son and I love this school, and I feel he is happy and safe here. We are truly satisfied with what is taught and how our son is treated. The only thing I would like to recommend is, actually updating the brightwheel throughout the day instead of once a day or never. I want to know how my child is doing, I want pictures. I cannot be the only parent who wants to know if their child pooped (lol). I want to know everything, but I don't feel like I am getting the updates in brightwheel like I should. Thank you for loving my child the way you do cause I know he loves you too!"
"The staff is absolutely amazing and my daughter loves it there. Right now she goes part time for the socialization and to get her ready for preschool. Sometimes when I arrive there is an unpleasant smell which is not appealing. I wish I could keep her there for preschool but it seems more daycare like setting and it’s not affordable for me to keep here there 4-5 days a week. I love the online communication but I don’t get communication very often. I understand in a room of two year olds it’s tough but some days I don’t even know if she ate or not. Overall I like the school but some improvements are needed."
"I like taking my son to this school and he likes it too. The only negative thing I would have to say is about the use of bright wheel. I do not get updates like I feel I should. For example even today I dropped my child off around 7am and its after 11 now still without any updates in bright wheel. I know teachers are busy, but you shouldn't offer this service if it's not going to be used on a daily basis or only updated at the end of the day."

"I called on 9-24-2019 and spoke with Amanda. I was trying to inquire about rates for Pre K and she was far to busy and disengaged to carry a conversation. I don’t think I’ll attempt to have my child attend due to the poor service received only on the phone let alone for the care / or cost for my child. What a huge disappointment. "

"I would never recommend this school to anyone. It has the highest turn over rate of teachers that I have ever seen. The director is horrible. She laughs at your concerns and makes excuses for issues brought to her attention. If she is sitting at the desk when you walk in she never acknowledges you or your child. My daughter went here for three years. I only kept her because of the teacher was there when she was two and her next teacher was okay and I was constantly working on getting her somewhere else. My child threw a fit every morning at drop off. None of the staff ever helped. The children are moved around into different classrooms constantly. They don't learn anything."

"I really dislike the mandatory diaper service, particularly at the price-point. I understand the benefit of making it easier to provide diapers and wipes for all children, but we could provide diapers and wipes for half the cost of the mandatory diaper service, when our child needed diapers."
