"Lack of communication. I usually do not find out about certain activities or events until the day of. Would like a monthly calender. Projects, pictures, school work brought home so I know what is going on. Maybe a report as to how my child is doing."

"When I pick up my daughter her teacher is normally on break, so there are other teachers watching over her class. They haven't learned her name and this concerns me, I get alerts on Brightwheel after I've already picked up my daughter from school. I've also heard teachers call her by another name, I've told them many times what her name it - but it doesn't seem like they know who she is. This is very concerning."
