When I experienced concern, there was nothing done about it nor was a plan put in place to resolve my concern. We plan on leaving this school soon."

"Very high turn over rate with not only the instructors, but the kids as well. Through conversations with parents that have moved their kids to other schools, the turnover rate with teachers, constant raising of rates as well as fluctuating meal planning have seemed to be consistent in most of the decisions to move their kids to other schools. The convenience/location along the with current assistant director are major factors in us keeping our child enrolled at this location."

"I love this school. The huge deciding factor for us choosing this location in the first place was that you have the Brightwheel app, which I love! I don't think I would ever go to another school that did not use this app. I also enjoy the live cameras, it adds an extra layer of security that makes me feel even more comfortable leaving my child there all day. "*Staffs and Teachers here are very interactive and caring. *Very friendly atmosphere. *Experienced teacher; My kid is an introvert and takes long time to get used to the new environment. The teacher truly understands and respects that, and gently helped her to navigate things. It's been only few weeks my kid started going here, and she already adapted well to her classroom. The teacher knows very well how to care and help kids like mine."

"My son has learned a lot to socialize with other children and has expanded his knowledge, language and behavior. Nicole, Megan and her staff have been pretty professional so far. We look forward to keep our son there and hope to see more growth in him."

"We have some ups and downs. Staff is friendly, personable and incredibly caring to all kids. My kids are happy and feel loved by their teachers, which is most important. Main concerns are: 1. Front door safety - during morning dropoffs there is almost never a staff member present in the front lobby. This is deeply concerning as most school-related incidents occur during transition periods, especially in the morning when schools are most vulnerable. Additionally, doors don't appear to be up to public school standards regarding safety for lockdown as I don't see a way to lock doors from inside the facility and we have never received any material regarding staff training or preparedness for such incidents. It is scary - but this is the reality of schools today. 2. There have been so many teacher changes that I am concerned about the stability at times and what the changes say about staff morale and buy-in. Staffing changes are often complex but with so many changes (4+ staff leaving) it is concerning that there is a larger issue that is not entirely clear to parents. 3. Finally, it is not always clear what my children are learning and what that progress looks like on a regular basis. How do I know they are at age level or better? Where is the data or student work examples, etc. We get papers with artwork but rarely anything with letter practice, numbers, early math, etc. On a weekly basis, all I am able to see is what pictures are posted on the app."
