"the teachers, for the most part, are wonderful. Just the cost is super high with two children and the school does not to the Elementary School that my child will attend. Overall it is a nice school with great teachers"

"Awful!!! This location is the most unprofessional I have ever seen! The director is terrible. The teachers scream at the children daily from the second they walk through the door in the morning. The toddlers are unsupervised and then when they are they put blame by taking videos. The infant room is unorganized and unfriendly at all times. Ms. Shanna is not nice and does not give a warm greeting, but Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Aixa are normally very friendly. This location does not communicate well at all since the Ms. Laura left. I wish that the teachers at this location would be trained as professionals and how to deal with the multiple behaviors they see daily. My daughter is not learning her alphabet which is extremely important. So I wonder what exactly we are paying for if my daughter isn’t learning and my infant isn’t well taken care of."
