"My experience here has been nothing but traumatic for myself and my kids. They have had marks on their faces, seen other children's private areas, have been called vulgar names, and been left to cry for long periods of time without any incident reports. The staff apologize and then the same thing would happen the next day. I was told I would not be able to view the cameras unless I had a lawyer or doctor requesting it. My child had a 103 fever and was left laying in a cot in the middle of a room while kids ran around him. I wasn't called until almost 45 minutes later. I walked in on a teacher extremely frustrated at my child and then was told by her that she was questioning her job because of my child. The director heard her say that and was just as shocked as I was, but that teacher still has a position at the daycare. They have been understaffed for over a month and there has been no structure. I am beyond disappointed in how things were handled"
