"Our experience has been mostly positive. Outside of some small communication issues with the teachers, which I try my best to be understanding of but as a parent it can be frustrating sometimes to not fully understand what happened during an accident or incident between two students. Our sons teachers are always friendly and smiling! We appreicate the big good mornings and good byes. I also wish to compliment both the director and co-director who are always so welcoming and helpful, you can tell they love thier jobs and the kids they work with. Its very comforting as a parent to see that those who are managing the school are so passionate about what they do. Id also like to compliment Ms. Cathy in the infants room who takes care of the 1-2 year olds early in the morning, she is amazing in handling my son who is not only not a morning person but does not like to be left at school. Ms. Cathy handles my son with compassion and love, we appreciate that so much!I understand your jobs can be demanding and stressful but I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback and let you all know how much our family appreciates all that you offer our child! "

"Prior directorship and teaching staff were amazing and the reason I enrolled my child. The new director and constant changing of staff in addition to the poor English speaking skills of many teachers have lead to my decision to remove my child from this facility. Many unaddressed concerns and overall dissatisfaction with the quality of care and cleanliness of the school are major favors as well."

"My experience with the tour was excellent. I was taken to every room to see not only where my son will be but will move to if we continue sending him there. The staff was very friendly as well. You can't beat the price for all that's included. Was always skeptical of daycares but think this one will be a good fit for us & our son. Look forward to enrolling my son in 2 weeks."

"The place was dirty and had boxes and furniture randomly stacked against the wall. Children were sleeping next to the boxes that were not safely piled on top of each other. The facility was very small and smelled horrible. You could tell it was in desperate need of being cleaned."

"Office staff seem very stressed most of the time. Infant room caregivers take great care of my baby but seem exhausted. I hope they are not being over worked just so business can profit more. I prefer a corporate preschool over church or in home because I know my child will be safe. I hope caregivers are compensated well so the love and nurturing is sincere for my child."
