"In general, I had no issues with the school until my son moved to the 2 year old room. The teacher in that room has not been as willing to work with me in my sons best interest. It has been issue after issue with the staff and the director does not take action even after knowing the issues."

My children went to a different La Petite on Mapledale a few years back and I switched because of the staff. The staff at Carrollwood is awesome!"

Though this was only allowed during summer, it is a disconnect for the children's interaction with one another. it also can promote negative emotions for children when they do not have an electronic or the personal playing is not agreeing to share or be kind"

"Our son has been at LaPetite since infant and we really enjoyed the school, however there seems to be so much turnover in his classroom over the last yr (when the last one left, noone communicated she left and we had to find out by another teacher telling us...the Director never told us), the 3 yr old room was switched to the back of the school so there is no easy access to restrooms (they have to go through 2 different doors to get to restroom), 14 kids in a very small class size. Our son has had a big change in attitude/behavior since new teacher - coming home crying, sad, saying things that we can tell he's been told by teacher (I'm bad mommy, I'm a baby because I'm bad, I just want to listen mommy). This is not okay."

"My issue with the school was the closeness to the major road only blocked out by a small chain linked fence and tiny parking lot. Also more than half of the children had snot running out of their noses which is obviously a huge turn off. I didn't want to put my child down much less leave her there. But over all the staff was wonderful, kind and considerate and the kids all seemed to be having a good time."
