"There’s a lack of leadership and structure. Sometimes I don’t feel like anyone knows what’s going on."

"All the staff at the school mean well. There seems to be a staff shortage as teachers are always moving between rooms. There was a recent notification sent to only some of the parents that there was a CPS investigation at the school. While we have been sending our child here there have been at least three different directors, and the overall product the school puts out seems to go down each time there is a new director. Most of the friends that our child have made have left the school over similar concerns."

"The teachers are wonderful for the most part and care deeply for the kids and that’s what has kept us here.Communication around trivial things is good, important communication around big things is weak and often not provided until parents hound the staff.Price is high - I am all for paying our teachers well but I would love to know where all our money goes. We’ve dealt with several major things at this location that would be avoidable if corporate gave a crap about the school - consistent HVAC issues, trees falling, insane things that put us in difficult positions with work and we’re rarely given fair pricing during those weeks when we have to pay outside of La petite for emergency childcare."

"It was fantastic 3-4 years ago when my oldest son joined. When Ms. Emily left the director position, along with staffing issues, it hasn’t been quite the same. Also, communication with the newer app isn’t as robust. With that being said, the teachers there are very sweet and I know my son is happy and safe."

There has been a lot of turnover with management and it is clear that things have not been fully under control, though I think current management is doing a good job to get things back on track. Sproutabout is terrible :( Do not have the ability to message with teachers. Used to receive notes from them frequently.My child's class teachers also frequently change without warning. A bit more communication on that front would be welcome."
