"I do not like where it is located, the area looks dirty. However, upon entering I felt comfortable with the facility. I would like the staff to be more engaging. We are new so I feel there is a 'club' mentality that we have yet to be welcomed into. No one has been mean, but no one has been friendly to me minus the 'Good Morning' and 'Good Bye' greeting."
