"On the whole our experience has been more positive than negative, but staff turnover and lack of communication via the app have been frustrating for our family. We often have to rely solely on the livestream to get any sense of what goes on in the preschool room day to day; we get no food updates nor lesson plans / educational feedback. I expect this is largely due to the continuing staffing shortages - people who knew how to use the app have left and are replaced by people who haven't been completely trained, and more frequently, there simply aren't enough staff for teachers to have time to enter things into the app because they're already too busy simply watching the kids in their care.I've recommended La Petite several times, but always with those caveats. We've had several teachers we've loved and who have been wonderful with our daughter. But a lot of them have left for whatever reason, which makes us feel less connected with the school."

The administration does a great job handling the school but I think more lesson plans need to go into nurture and kindness with how they choose to work with the children: a lot of the older kids have been bullying other kids when I walk in many different times as well as the 3 yr old class. They also have been using tablets and phone a lot in the big kid class. I don’t feel guaranteed safety that kids cannot be exposed to something explicit. Etc."
