We've had a few rough patches and the teachers tell us they know how our children could be more engaged at school but they're not allowed to do so.The director is great, she's very empathetic and cares about open communication.The turnover at our school with the staff is our biggest concern. Our children have been exposed to several very short term teachers which questions my confidence in their ability or the hiring decisions at the facility. There seems to be a lot of drama (as told to us directly by several teachers) at the school and this has lead to a lot of turnover of their longer term staff as well. Im glad the staff feels comfortable to share with me their personal stories and struggles, but this raises extreme concerns about how the teachers feel at work when caring for my child."
