"I will start by saying the teachers are wonderful. However, we are unhappy with the Director, very poor communication skills, makes you feel as if you cannot ask questions, becomes extremely defensive, makes you feel uncomfortable when you have a simple question or try to advocate for your child. Seems to exaggerate issues with your child, but then you hear something different from the teacher. Blows things out of proportion. Does not let teachers answer messages on the app for themselves."
