"Overall the experience is great. Friendly Director and Managers. Couldn't ask for a better leadership team. Teachers are nice, everyone knows our first child and us. Always very accomodating to us. There are a few teachers who we had for our first kid that were outstanding and took the time to talk to us. Unfortunately, our current infant class experience is not the best. We had a lot of turnover. The drop off teachers barely express any excitement or engage in conversation. At pick up the teacher doesn't have much to share and I have to ask a lot of questions. Compared to our first child we barely know what our second child does (aside from food and diaper status) or hear about any of his accomplishments. That's disappointing but overall experience outweighs the negative parts. We love our oldest child's class. I think the center has some amazing talent and they should be taken care of and compensated well for that."
