"I have been very happy with the tenure of teachers and consistence we have had with the staff. I have two comments related to the payment options. I wish that we could have automatic payments made through a credit card. This option is available by debit card, but I would prefer if we could automatically make it through my credit card. Second, my oldest daughter is in a divorce situation & tuition is split evenly with my ex- husband. My current husband and baby were to receive the multiple child discount due to me paying tuition for two children. I was disappointed that discount could not be applied to my portion of my oldest daughter's tuition and instead was applied toward my ex husbands as well- who is not eligible for it. While I know the situation is unique, I would prefer if the discount could be applied toward the eligible parent's tuition only."

"It’s good, my son is gaining some independence. However he is sensitive and I’m not sure that the staff always knows how to help him in that way. I’ve seen onion occasion my son crying in a corner and being, what looks like as singled out. He is shy and I would like them to help him learn how to navigate through that, instead of dismiss it and let him cry."

"Really good! I loved the last director Sarah and Monica has been so great in her roll. My husband, who does most of the drop off/pick up says that she is always very informative, willing to ask questions, and is great with the children when she spends time in the classroom."

"I'm in love with the Brookfield la petite. From infancy and Ms. Suzy, to Miss Jennifer, to ms. Valy and Katie and Jane I'm obsessed with the staff. They make me and my family feel like friends of theirs and treat our children with love. I'm sad that the new director monika feels a bit out of touch with the families and kids. She is quite different than the past two directors and it has affected my overall feeling of drop off and pick up. But overall am happy with our choice of la petite and have recommended it to friends."

"I was very impressed with the length of time your teachers have been with your center and that children can be in the same classroom for such a long time. This was very appealing to us given our dissatisfaction with the turnover at our current center. We didn't see an indoor gym like we have at our current center, which is a nice place to have that allows kids to get physical activity in during the cold and rainy days."
