"Very inconsistent and unprofessional mannerisms presented by the staff. Told one thing and they do another or ignore your concerns all together. Some of the staff are very friendly and others are not. They hand me my child and say bye before I have even had a chance to get in the door to pick up or gather my child’s belongings."

"My child has gone to La Petite for a few years now and she loves it. The teachers there are so nice and the director is amazing. The teachers all seem to really love their job. Each morning, my daughter gets greeted by at least 2/3 different teachers and it really makes her feel welcomed. She doesn’t like waking up on Saturdays because she knows she doesn’t have “school” that day. The teachers who have been there for a few years are wonderful and I cannot imagine taking my child anywhere else. I can tell the staff views the kids as family and they truly love them. If you’re looking for a daycare, I highly recommend La Petite in West Chester! It’s the best decision we could have made. "

"This school is very racist and prejudice to me. My 5 year old came home and told me how her teacher makes her clean up other people messes. Also, I don’t know if you all know. The teachers at Lakota school district and I’ve heard several parents both white, Hispanic and black talk about LaPetite in a negative way. LaPetite does now have a positive review in the community. I believe a lot of parents just can’t afford to move their children."

"My only other complaint that hasn't really been covered is that I would like more communication when teachers in the classroom are changing. There have been a couple teachers who left and the communication was great around those. But many times you just just don't see someone for a few days and have to ask. Also, it would be nice to get a formal (paper) introduction when new staff joins."
