"I’ve been disappointed with the management and overall communication with the twos teacher. I send messages but it seems they aren’t read. Mainly I’m disappointed in the lack of communication via SproutAbout, the teachers aren’t updating the app in real time. They do it once during nap time and maybe at the end of the day. I need to know when my child is having potty accidents or actually goes in potty to properly continue training my child."

I toured La Petite when my oldest son was a baby (under different management), and knew immediately I would not send my child there. I tried again when he was 4 (under Miss Kristin), and knew it was the right place. Great staff, great environment."

"The infant room is truly amazing! The teachers are so engaged and I can tell they really love the children. Everytime I walk into the building, I am greeted by teachers, even ones that don't work in the infant room. The live streaming and activity sharing on the app has kept me connected to my son even while at work. All of his grandparents are always impressed with the pictures we receive from daycare. Thank you all. You have made the transition back to work for this first time mom so much easier!"

"Would love more time outside - many days they have not gone outside, even when it’s not raining. We were told they would go out even when it was in the 30’s, but that didn’t happen this winter and it was so tough on my active child."

"Overall it has been positive. We love her main teachers. The parts we have been dissatisfied with are the float teachers that might be in at the end of the day during pick up who can't answer questions and don't make any ability to help find the answer. IE, when there is an uncharacteristic bottle and a half left a the end of the day and a screaming baby and the answer to what happened is I have no clue, I just got in here. We wish every teacher was as good as the main infant teachers, but since they aren't, we are nervous about our daughter moving to the next room."

"The school is understaffed, so my child is in a combined classroom. She seems to have a different teacher in the morning than at mid-day when I pick her up. It often is chaotic at drop off. It took more than a month before she had a coat hook, cubby and folder. App reports are erratic. I chose this school because it has a 4-star Step Up to Quality rating, but I'm not sure it is meeting many of the requirements of that ranking."
