"My child was at a childtime facility. I chose this location because of my job location at first. After meeting the staff and taking a tour, I knew instantly this was the one. They have exceeded my expectations. The director is very friendly, very nice, and genuinely cares about her kids and their parents. My child’s attitude has improved, he is learning so much, and he’s overall been a more disciplined child. This staff cares about our kids. They do not treat the job as if it’s an income. They are serious and take this job seriously including having a professional appearance. This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time and I couldn’t be happier."

"Over the last five years I put up with a lot of stuff. I understand the fact that the children would be send home if sick - but for a while it seemed like every week I would get a call to pick them up for some reason - pink eye, strep throat, hand, foot and mouth, 24 hour stomach virus, throwin up because of eating warm melons, runny ****,and diaper rashes after being told they could not drink some things. I even had DHS come to the house after a parent complaint to them and named one of the kids in their complaint. I put up with teachers who didn't know how to relate to children. I put up with teachers who told me how to care and raise the kids. I have had to find last minute babysitter because the school was closed to training however, I could never tell where they learned anything new. I put up with the school closed on holidays when I have to work them. I put up with employees late for work over 30 minutes. Late to work because we were locked out of the building for 3 hours. Lost work because of sewer problems and no electric. I always called if the kids were sick or was not going to be there. But the worst part that really got me was expelling a 3 year old that has been there since he was 6 weeks old for behaviors he learned there and to do this to me when I already had a lot on my mind after my mother passed away a week early was just cold blooded. And to add insult to that is to tell me that my 3 year old grandson was dangerous to other children and he needed professional help that the school could not provide. The only thing good that was there was Shawn and kathy"
