"Website is/was a nightmare. Tried to use 20% discount. Getting ready to checkout, I went back to look at something else on the site. When I came back checkout, discount was no longer there and when I attempted to re-enter discount code, was told it had already been redeemed.
Next day I saw my basket still had item and now the 20% discount had been applied. I went ahead and purchased and was charged FULL PRICE!
I am currently communicating with Customer Service and have been told I will receive the 20% credit, Credit card has been charged full price. I have yet to receive the credit."
