"So liz in the fraud department contacted me regarding my order it was a overnight shipment LIz wanted to verify the order gave my business partner contact keep in mind l&m had no idea what was happening bear in mind the order went through no issue got a confirmation etc so obviously if i wasn't a authorize credit holder it wouldn't even go through in the first place. Anyways liz contacted the " right person" that was the card holder not sure who she spoke to would love to know as well who she spoke to. I contacted my business partner to give the okay on the order upon contacting him liz did not follow up with the call i provided several voicemails indicating if the order went through and to least let me know asap with no response what so ever, Conveniently liz was off that day when i called again left another voicemail urging her to let me know ASAP howeverrr as soon as i called customer service customer service cc me and liz in an email...Magically liz came outta the blue to save the day(*gasp). Should mention did not know the order was cancelled till i contacted customer service(the day the package was suppose to arrive), First of all companies that support dropshipping/ecom businesses provide a cancellation email or some type of communication. So in summary i wouldn't be using l&m like ever despite my business bringing in 6.6 million per month advice to anyone reading this on google or bing if you are a wholesale or a dropship company avoid this company i am always interested in my business relationship but this business relationship is one i want to avoid. #RUN "
