"Purchased an item online to pick up in store. Did not receive any updates or phone calls after one week so I went i to the Customer Service Desk at the store. I asked the woman who I needed to see about and instore pick-up for an online purchase. She was crass and made snarky comments like “well I must have missed that memo” and “why didn’t you just ship it to your home”. I then explained that the item was a Christmas Gift and she rolled her eyes. I tried asking her additional questions about my purchase like the order status, when I can expect it to be ready, if I can track it, and even if it can be cancelled. She said she had no idea, call corporate or wait for a phone call. Ugh, not impressed..."
