"Bought a fish house online and was suppose to pick up at the cloquet store. They never called me to inform it was ready for pick up. I called a week after I ordered it and the store had no record at the customer service desk. So I called the main customer service line and they said there was an order in the system and would investigate further where it is. They called me back and said the had it ready for pick up for the last week. So I drove an hour and half to go pick it up and the customer service desk still had no clue about my order. They had to have the manager go try and find it. They did. I like the store and the prices but they seem a little unorganized.
