"Several weeks ago I ordered (and paid for) replacement shaver heads.
I ordered them by the replacement number as listed. My order was sidetracked
by someone at my local store with the notation that they already had the ones I had
ordered at the store. I picked them up but found out they wouldn't fit my razor
and were not even the right number called for my razor. The store manager became involved
after he got back from vacation but could not give me any satisfaction. Someone called the house
and said they found a set of heads but I would have to pay extra to get them.
So far I have spent money for replacement shaver heads that I don't have!!
I guess that if you can't find the stuff you need at fleet and walk out of the store
with it in hand you're out of luck. They won't stand behind their advertising!!

Update: Apparently corporate does notice unhappy customers!
I was contacted by a corporate member who listened to my story
and promised to make it right. He promised to get me the right
heads and have them delivered to the store in my town.
He also did something nice for my trouble.

"I ordered a large tent from L&M which luckily survived shipping, but was very banged up. Cardboard box was split, internal carry-bag inside was heavily scuffed and torn. it was a big item (5ft x 1.5ft tubular bag). Luckily the tent in it worked OK, and we don't care about the state of the carry bag."
