"BEWARE!!! CALL THEM FIRST!!!

I placed my order last week (6 days ago) and paid extra shipping to get the item here before Halloween. The item that I ordered was advertised as in stock and ready to ship. The day after I placed the order, I received and email from UPS that a shipping label had been created, but the item had not yet been shipped. Now, a week later, the item has still not been shipped. I have tried everything to get in contact with the customer service reps, to no avail. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail for the past two days 9 (a Monday and Tuesday) and I have emailed them every day for the past 3 days with no response, even though they say they will respond within 2 days. I called UPS, and they explained to me that the lalalingerie had created a shipping label, but they have not yet requested UPS to come pick it up, and have not shipped it yet. I invite you to go to their website right now, find their contact number, and try to call them; you will get their answering machine.
At this point, I have absolutely no idea if I will receive it by Friday, which is when I need my costume. I started looking around and found 3wishes.com, called them to see if they actually exist, and was immediately greeted by a friendly rep. I explained my situation, and she was very helpful. She explained that they have a 7 day return policy for a full refund for unused items, and that if I I ended up receiving the item from lalalingerie, i could return the item to 3wishes for a full refund! Oh, and even though the item was the same price, they were cheaper shipping. I ordered the item with next day shipping for $14!! Lala was almost tripple that for next day air. Talk about peace of mind knowing that no matter what, I will have my costume tomorrow, I will never do business with lala again, 3wishes here I come!!"
